Welcome to the Department of Management and Organizations' web site! The Department of
Management and Organizations is the College's focal point for courses, research, and
community service in management, human resources administration, and corporate policy and
strategy. These activities are central to organizational success. Courses cover the dynamics
of human behavior in organizations and the management of human resources in a complex,
globally competitive modern business environment. Our faculty's teaching, research, and
service are widely recognized for their leadership in these critical areas of business.
